Facility Booking Schedule

St. John’s has created a schedule to track the booking of Parish facilities. Now you can check online to see if a room is avaiable before calling to reserve it. To open the calendar, simply click the View Schedule link below. When you are ready to reserve a room, contact Darlene Clark at 540-347-2922 in the Parish office. Once your event has been approved it will be added to the schedule. Please direct any questions about reserving a Parish facility to Darlene Clark at 540-347-2922.

About the Schedule

The Parish facilities are divided into Areas (School, Parish Hall, etc.), and then broken down into Rooms that can be reserved.

To see what is scheduled in the Youth Center for this month, open the schedule, click on Parish Center (in the Areas list located in the upper left corner of the screen), and then click on Youth Center (in the Rooms list directly to the right of the Areas list). You can navigate to a particular day, week, or month using the drop down menu at the top or the bottom of the calendar.
